What personal data do we process?
If you decide to contact us, we will require you to fill in certain information, namely:
a) Your name and surname
b) your company
c) phone number
d) e-mail address
For what purpose do we process the data?
We use the data you provide to us for the proper performance of our contractual obligations in connection
with the provision of services of our operation (i.e. orders, information about the devices offered, advice,
etc.). All personal data is processed in a lawful, transparent and secure manner and is only required
in a reasonable extent necessary to perform the appropriate tasks.
Who has access to your personal data?
Your personal data will be processed by our company as the controller. We may use your personal data for
the above mentioned purposes to our subcontractors to carry out the processing for us. Personal data may
be transferred to to processors who provide server, web, cloud or IT services to our company, external
accountants company or law firm.
For how long will we work with personal data?
We will process your personal data for as long as we are providing you with our services or fulfilling a mutual contract and then for a maximum of 5 years after the termination of the contractual relationship (unless otherwise provided by law, e.g. the fulfilment of archiving obligations under applicable law, such as the Accounting Act, the Archives and Records Act or the Value Added Tax Act).
Your rights arising from the processing of personal data
You have the following rights in relation to our processing of your personal data:

• the right to rectification
• the right to erasure;
• the right to restriction of data processing;
• the right to object to processing;
• the right to lodge a complaint about the processing of personal data.

You can file a complaint with the supervisory authority, which is the Office for Personal Data Protection.
Right of access
means that you can ask us to confirm at any time whether the personal data relating to you are or are
being processed and, if so, for what purposes, to what extent, to whom they are disclosed, for how long
we will process it, whether you have the right to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing or
to object, where we we obtained the personal data and whether the processing of your personal data results
in automated decision making, including profiling, where applicable. You also have the right to obtain
a copy of your personal data, the first provision of which is free of charge, and for further provision,
our company may charge a reasonable administrative fee costs.
Right to repair
means that you can ask us to correct or complete your personal data at any time if it is inaccurate or
Right to erasure
means that we must delete your personal data if: it is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected or otherwise processed, the processing is unlawful, you object to the processing and there is no overriding legitimate grounds for the processing, or (iv) we are under a legal obligation to do so
Right to restriction
processing means that until we have resolved any disputed issues regarding the processing of your personal data, we have to restrict the processing of your personal data so that we can only hold it in storage and, where appropriate, we can use it for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.
Right to object
means that you can object to the processing of your personal data that we process for the purposes of
direct marketing or on the grounds of legitimate interest. If you object to processing for the purposes
of direct marketing, your personal data will no longer be processed for these purposes.
Sending promotional emails
If you agree, we may use your name, surname and email address to send you commercial communications, i.e. to inform you about events, publications or services that we provide that we think may be of interest to you.
